Stova Mobile → Agenda Module: In App Session Registration

You can provide attendees with the ability to register for sessions through the Agenda module in the app.

Enable In-App Session Registration

To enable registration for a session, navigate to the desired session and turn on the "Allow Registration" option. Once enabled, attendees will be able to register for the session through the Agenda module in the app, subject to any configured capacity limits.

Currently, sessions created in Stova Mobile are not synchronized.

Only sessions created in the Core Registration module are synchronized to Stova Mobile. Any registrations made through the mobile app for these synchronized sessions are then synchronized back to the Core platform.

Please note that synchronization is not immediate and can take up to 30 minutes to complete.

Important: If your event uses radio button session groups in Core, attendees can only be registered for one session within the group at a time. Registering for a different session in the same group automatically removes the attendee from their previously selected session. My Agenda is updated automatically to the Core Registration module to reflect the change.

In App Experience

Attendees can register for sessions directly from the app. 

To register, attendees open the session and tap Register for Session. A confirmation dialog is displayed, and selecting Register completes the registration. Upon successful registration, the session is automatically added to My Agenda and synchronized with the Core Registration module.

          
 

 

Please note: 
For these registrations to sync to Core, the Databus Integration within Core must be enabled.

If you would like session registrations made in the app to sync back to Core, please email [e-mail] to request activation of the Databus integration. Once enabled, registrations completed in the app will be automatically synchronized to Core.
