Question: I need to respond to a lead, but the email I received did not include a link. How do I access the RFP and respond?

Answer: You actually don’t need a link to access the meeting and response page.

Go to Zentila.com and log-in with your Regional or Sales Office credentials. Once you are logged in, you will see the name of the meeting listed with either an "Assign to Manager" or "Finish Response" button subject to the action required. Click the appropriate button and that will open the RFP details and response page.

If you don't know or are unsure of your sales office login, take the following steps:

Zentila.com → login → with a hotel → trouble logging in link → enter your email address → send link.

You will receive an email from us with a link that will take you directly into your homepage where the RFP is listed without the need for a username or password.
