The Exhibitor Portal for Exhibitor Contacts

The Exhibitor Portal is where your Exhibitor Contacts will purchase and manage their Stova Lead Capture licenses and the Stova Lead Capture app. They can also add collateral to be distributed and create surveys to qualify leads. The Exhibitor portal also includes a dashboard view, and the ability to view and report on leads captured.

You as the Exhibit Sponsorship Manager will begin the process for your Exhibitor Contact by sending them the invitation email from the Exhibitors Module in Aventri.

Placing Orders and Activating Licenses 

Exhibitors receive the invitation email.

The Exhibitor Portal opens on the Orders tab where Exhibitors can purchase new or access free licenses.

On the USER GUIDE tab, they will also be able to view the Lead Capture User Guide in a pdf. Links to download the Stova Lead Capture app from both the App Store (Apple) and the Google Play (Android) are also found on the Orders screen.

Important
iOS requirements: iPhone 7 or newer, iOS 11 or higher. Not available on iPad for NFC events!
Android requirements: Android 6.0 or higher.
Device must support ABI arm64-v8a architecture.

Once orders are placed, the Exhibitor Contact receives an email with their Activation Code. The Activation code is entered in the Stova Lead Capture app to tie the app on the device to the event.

Adding Content and Creating Surveys

Exhibitor Contacts will also want to add any content or collateral on the Content Tab. 

Exhibitor Contacts can use the Default Survey as well as create or copy custom Surveys to qualify their leads on the Survey tab.

The Survey Setup Guide is available for download once you edit a Survey.

 

 

Viewing and Reporting on Leads Captured

The Dashboard tab of the portal will show lead scan activity.

Exhibitors Contacts can view their leads in the portal on the View Leads tab.

The Reports tab will have full reporting on the lead capture data.
