Server update - New Public IP addresses to be whitelisted for integrations
We will soon be updating our servers in all regions in order to improve our platform performances and as a result, our public IP addresses will be updated. We use our public IP addresses to communicate with 3rd party providers through integrations.
So that the transition is as seamless as possible for Aventri users when the update happens, we recommend that the new IP addresses are whitelisted from now by our clients.

In which cases do I need to update whitelisted IP addresses?
If your account uses integrations for which an IP restriction has been enabled then the new IP addresses should be added.
It could be any of our native integrations including all our gateways & processors integrations (i.e SagePay, Stripe, Ingenico etc...) as well.
We recommend that you reach out to your IT department who was involved in the setup of the integration to ask them to verify whitelisted IP addresses. If you do not have any IT department, you can also reach out to your account administrator for Aventri to confirm if your account uses integrations and then you can reach out to these 3rd party providers
Will this have an impact on emails?
No, this will have no impact on email sending. These new IPs are only used by integrations.
Our IPs used for email sending are not being impacted by this update so no SPF update will be required.
Only situation in which this could have an impact on emails is your account is relaying emails through an external third party email server. But this option is only used by very few Aventri accounts.
Should I already remove the 'old' IPs?
No, at this stage, we have not deprecated the current IP addresses and they are still in use. Removing them on your side would cause issues with your integrations. We only recommend that you add the new IPs and when IP update is confirmed you will be free to remove the old IPs.
When will the server update happen?
Please find below the dates when old IPs will be deprecated and new IPs will start being used:
- AU – Saturday 11/20 @ 12am to 6am AEDT
- EU – Saturday 12/4 @ 12:30 am to 6:30am GMT.
- NA – Saturday 12/18 @ 12am to 6am EST.
Will there be service disruption during the server update?
Yes platform will not be available during maintenance timeframes listed above.
