Aventri Mobile App: Agenda Module - My Agenda
The My Agenda tab will list all of the personal session selections of all of your attendees from your Aventri registration site or that were created manually within the app.
My Agenda Syncing Session Selections
Personal session selections can be synced from a registrants record in Aventri.
Session selections will sync over if under the Sync Settings --> Sessions and Speakers it's enabled to sync over sessions.
If you want to have your users see both their session selections and single session (no input) items from your agenda you will want to enable Combine the public & personal agenda.
My Agenda Importing Session Selections
Session selections can be imported directly into the My Agenda tab using the Import function.
Please note: In order to use this function, you must reach out to Aventri Support to have them enable "Display external ids" for your app.
Download the template file provided
In the template file the two columns that you will use are the userexternalid and the sessionexternalid. The userid and sessionid columns should remain blank.
You will need to copy and past the userexternalid from within the user's profile under Users & Permissions, found in the External id field into the userexternalid cell on the spreadsheet
Copy and paste the sessionexternalid from within the session in the Agenda module --> Agenda tab found in the External id field into the sessionexternalid cell on the spreadsheet.
This is how the data should appear in your spreadsheet.
Once you are done adding the data to the spreadsheet under the import, click on the choose file to select the spreadsheet and then click on the Start Import button. You will see a preview of your data first then click Import to complete the data import.
Once the import is done if successful a success message will appear. If there are any errors on the spreadsheet upon the time of import those will be displayed as well.
My Agenda Configuration
In order for your users to see their agenda if you are using the My Agenda portion in the Agenda module, under Agenda --> Configuration --> you must enable "Login required on my agenda" if this is turned off, even if you have enabled the View type to either Both or My Agenda under the configuration settings for the Agenda module, users that have logged into the event will not see their agenda selections.
