Question: How do I know which venues have quoted inclusive rates on my Bid Summary page?

Answer: Your Bid Summary page will designate which hotels have quoted room rates that are inclusive of any taxes or fees. For these instances, you will see a note under the room rate for the specific property that says "Inclusive of these taxes/fees." Hover your mouse over the taxes/fees to see what was specifically included in the quoted rate.
