Question: How will I know if cancellation credit applies to an RFP for our venue?
Answer: In the instance that a company have cancellation credit with your venue, they will be able to apply this to an RFP within Zentila.
This will first be highlighted on the RFP dashboard when the RFP is sent to the venue. It will show Yes if there is Cancellation/Rebook Credits that apply, and No if not.
Once the RFP has been assigned to the responding Sales Manager, this information will be visible again in the RFP response path; both in the information provided towards the top of the page and in the Comment History;
Should there be any questions on the cancellation/rebook credits, these should be discussed directly with the planner. This can initially be done by using the Comments Box under the Questions, Comments and Documents step in the response path. If your venue is then shortlisted or selected to move forward with, the cancellation credit can be discussed directly with the planner.
