First, log into your account by going to https://exhibitors.eventscloud.com/login
If your account is connected to multiple events, you will need to select the correct event from the Events List. Click on the Event Name for the event you want to view.
Click on the “View Leads” tab in the top menu.
Here you can view all your leads. To download them, click on the “Download Leads” button.
After clicking "download leads", select how you would like to filter your data. You will also have the option to include duplicate leads. Once the selections are made, click on the "Download" button.
Please note: A duplicate lead is a lead scanned more than once by the same device. If the lead was scanned by multiple devices, the lead will appear on the list for each separate device it was scanned from.
Please note: Leads are available in Portal up to 18 months after the scanned date. After 18 months the leads will no longer be available in Portal. It is recommended to download the leads from Portal after the event.
